Description

$92,000 CDN Kiwi Dream available for In-person viewing in Dartmouth/Halifax, NS as of June 2024. Recently returned from three months in The Bahamas.

For 10+ years, our 1993 36-foot Hunter Vision sailboat has given us much joy and memorable sailing adventures on Lake Ontario. Outfitted extensively for independent cruising over the last 5 years, we have recently completed our three months as liveaboards in the Bahamas. This unique boat with its aluminum tapered mast is known as a ‘free-standing or stay-less’ rig. That means no need to worry about maintaining chain plates and stainless rigging around the hull. She has a great interior layout - large yet safe with a feeling of spaciousness normally felt on 40ft + boats. Kiwi Dream has flexible solar panels (400watts) secured unobtrusively on the Dodger and Bimini. Fully enclosed cockpit for foul weather and bugs. Custom salon table pedestal drops to make an additional berth that sleeps 1-2, and expands to permit dining on all sides. Bathroom with sink, shower, and electric toilet. Walk-through transom, removable helmsman seat, swim platform, swim ladder and freshwater shower at stern.
