SoluZone Consulting is seeking a talented Outside Sales Account Executive to join our growing team. As an integral part of our sales force, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. Key Responsibilities:Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations to showcase SoluZone Consulting's services and demonstrate how they address client challenges and goals.Negotiation and Closing: Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and negotiate terms to secure mutually beneficial agreements. Close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities for business growth.Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing and delivery, to ensure seamless communication and effective execution of client projects. Qualifications:Proven track record in outside sales, with a focus on B2B services.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets.Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.Knowledge of the consulting industry and understanding of technology solutions and HR Outsourcing services is a plus. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.3+ years of experience in outside sales, preferably in a consulting or technology-related industry.Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
