About you:
You will have experience as a landscape estimator. Applicants with a landscape design designation will be given priority but not a requirement
Outgoing personality with ability to listen and communicate with clients and co-workers as well as strong negotiation skills with clients
Excellent understanding of landscaping materials, the use of those materials within a construction project and time required for installation of those materials.
Can handle their time exceptionally, without management, to accommodate timely arrival at appointments, submitting of estimates and discussions with clients.
Can multi-task and have a keen memory to juggle new client needs, existing client needs and co-worker questions.
Proficiency in LMN app experience would be preferred but not necessary.
Have your own vehicle and computer / lap top to travel to client appointments and work from home.
