Acres Paving & Interlock
is seeking:
A Fulltime direct Lead Generator / sales representative
All you will be doing is offering free estimates door to door / NO SELLING
There is no selling. if the client is not interested you move on.
If the client wants a quote you take the client contact info down and a manager will come by and provide an estimate.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Transportation to areas we have contracts in
Seek out new business by Offering free estimates at a discounted rate due to us already being in the neighborhood
Able to fill simple paperwork ie: client contact info
Able to follow instructions
Self motivated, and driven for success
Able to professionally represent our company
Clearly communicate with clients.
Experience is an asset but not a must.
Weekly Pay $18 an hr to $22 an hr full time with benefits
Commission per qualified lead closed by a sales manager is $20 per lead
Year round sales position. Winter commercial snow removal sales for businesses and industrial snow removal.
