As a Full Time Sales Associate, you will be responsible for conducting door-to-door visits to engage potential donors, promote our cause, and drive contributions that support our mission of building a better world. Building Common Good is a non-profit organization dedicated to creating positive change in communities across Canada. Our mission is to address key social and environmental challenges through innovative projects and initiatives. The Responsibilities include: Implement door-to-door fundraising strategies, campaigns, and donor outreach, to meet revenue targets. Engage in meaningful conversations to explain our organization's mission and fundraising goals. Maintain accurate records of interactions, donations, and feedback from donors. Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas and improve fundraising and marketing efforts. Minimum Requirements: Previous sales or fundraising experience is a plus but not required Availability to work from Monday to Friday. Knowledge of fundraising techniques and strategies is an advantage. Excellent communication and sales skills.
