Bricklink shows the cheapest sealed set in Canada is $120 (plus shipping). I'll beat that, AND bring it to you. You can inspect it and make sure it's just what I described, AND you don't have to worry about it getting damaged (or lost) in shipping.
Lego.com shows it as retired, but amazon.ca has it for $170, plus shipping.
The box is still sealed, and in great shape.
I live near Southgate and will deliver most anywhere near Whitemud Drive for this price. If you're a bit farther out, we can probably work out a delivery price.
