2004 KOMFORT (THOR) 28 FOOT TRAVEL TRAILER MODEL #28TSRG

I bought this unit 4 years ago from the original owners who stored it in their quonset most of the time. I have stored it in a building protected from the elements on three sides and tarped it for further protection. This trailer is solidly built on a heavy undercarriage. It has a six-sided 2" aluminum frame that is fully welded. It has fibreglass walls that are bonded to the frame. When I bought it four years I recaulked the roof and walls, even though it was not in need of work. I hired a professional to install a high quality linolium 2 years ago. There are two solar panels on the roof. The living area has a 10,000 BTU propane space heater/fireplace that does not use a fan and heats up the entire trailer easily. The interior is the deluxe oak package. It has a 12 foot slide that has a jack knife sofa that folds down into a bed. As well, there are 4 solid oak chairs and matching oak table. The fridge and freezer are huge and there are double sinks. The center vestibule area can partition the front living area/kitchen from the rear bedroom. Roof mounted TV antenna and external cable plug. Ducted air conditioning and furnace. Awning replaced 5 years ago. Tub in bathroom. A very clean unit. Pride of ownership.
