At this time I am booked for all my afternoon and evening sessions. If a client is able to meet during the day, either online or in person, I am still available Monday to Friday.
I am a retired Mathematics and Physics teacher. With over 40 years of teaching experience, including 35 as a direct instructor in a high school setting, I have taught Mathematics and Physics courses, at all secondary grade levels.
Having taught these courses for many years I have a solid understanding of all the curriculum topics. In addition, I was involved at the provincial level in the development, field-testing and marking of Physics 30 Diploma Exams for 20+ years. This allowed great insight into those concepts that are most heavily emphasized and how they are addressed on the provincial Physics exams.
I use Zoom or Google Meet as a platform to tutor online. Along with an electronic writing tool, I use a web-based whiteboard for interactive learning.
I offer in-person (Camrose, AB) or online tutoring for all regular and secondary stream Math and Physics courses. I charge a fee of $50/h for my services.
