Tutoring - Calculus, Physics, Advanced Functions - Grades 12 - 8

Hi!

I'm a full-time one-to-one tutor, and formerly an engineering professor. I received my degrees in Electrical Engineering including honors from a university with 1.47% acceptance rate.

I ensure students in a public high school & IB curriculum get the score they are aiming for. I follow the school teacher's lesson-plan. I support with every quiz, test, assignment, IA, and the exam. I offer similar support for college & university goers as well (mainly Calculus, and Engineering courses).

I have completed 8-years being their go-to support in:

- Calculus and Vectors 12 - Advanced Functions 12

- Functions 11 - Functions & Applications 11

- Physics 11 & 12 - Precalculus 11 & 12

I help grades 6 to 10 with the following courses:

- Mathematics 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10 - Science 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10

I am deeply familiar with: - the curriculums of Ontario, and of British Columbia. - the IB Diploma program for grades 9 to 12.

I help students excel in AP & SAT exams as well, courses include: - AP Calculus AB, BC - AP Precalculus - AP Physics 1, 2, C

Because all sessions are offered one-to-one, I patiently capture the insights illuminating from a student's unique psychology.

This helps me plan & use approaches that add value to the student. With me, the students go through the varity they are likely to be tested on. Gaining sufficient experience of solving problems develops new abilities each time, and builds on their confidence as well.

I vivify all concepts from scratch & strengthen them. Students travel efficiently through layers of depths adequate enough. This way their foundation gradually solidifies over time. I ensure they remain flexible to using it in different situations, specially word problems.

This way, I am used to seeing the student's marks jump from 70s to mid 80s, and from 80s to 90s.

I love the intellectual process of interacting with students actively throughout the lesson. It's a time-travel, void of dullness.
