Who we are:
We’re a start-up fashion brand bringing back the art of detailed designs and quality craftsmanship. Our designs are vintage inspired with hints of south asian influence.
We’re looking for a pattern and sample maker that can help bring our ideas to life.
This will be a part-time contract role based on the demand of samples/patterns needed per month.
Role and Responsibility:
Create 1-3 samples a month, depending on demand.
This includes patterns, with grading if applicable, and a mock-up with muslin and/or approved fabric.
Must live in or be able to travel to North Scarborough/Markham area.
What the ideal candidate looks like:
Knowledge in pattern-making, and creating samples.
Someone passionate and willing to put in the work.
Students and new grads are encouraged to apply!
Can create patterns/samples from sketches or drapes from the mannequin.
Great communication skills, and attention to detail.
