This oasis community on the Gulf of Mexico has a resort feel, it has 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, direct beach access, 2 new tennis courts, 6 new pickle ball courts, shuffle board courts, a club house with a fitness centre and sauna, library and more.
This spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo sleeps 5 and has a large kitchen, dining and living room area. The master bedroom has a king bed, access to the balcony and a large en suite with a shower and jetted tub. The guest bedroom has 1 queen and 1 twin bed, with a bathroom just off the hallway.
Spread out in the large living room with a leather couch, two leather recliners and a large screen tv, or gather the family on the large balcony overlooking the pool and Gulf of Mexico. Sunsets are amazing on St Pete beach.
Fully stocked with everything you'll need, including a washer and dryer, make yourself at home and enjoy the amenities! Close to everything, you can walk to Gulf Blvd, nightlife and, the historic Corey Ave. District with shops and restaurants. The condo does include 1 spot inside the parking garage, and plenty of parking for guests.
Pete Beach was named the #1 Beach in the U.S. for 2021 by Tripadvisor's community of travelers. It's just one of many beaches in St. Pete/Clearwater with soft, white sands, warm Gulf waters and friendly, laid-back vibes.

Condominium rules require a 3 month minimum stay. Sorry, no pets allowed. Available August 26, 2024 to December 15, 2024. Prices are listed in US dollars. Price includes everything except a $120 US cleaning fee.
