~ Sherkston initial $10 per person fee will be added to rental charge .
~ Security deposit of $300 to be returned upon check out inspection.
~ All renters must be 25 years of age. Which also applies to operation of golf cart due to insurance restraints.

Off season rates:
May 24th to June 17th
Sept 19th to October 31st
