Looking for a respectful, clean & quiet employed person to move into this furnished Bachelor Suite in Black Creek.

You will be asked to sign a year lease, may be extended longer.

This 500 sq foot space is clean and spacious.

Laundry is shared.

Comes with Internet, Garbage pick up, and water (things we pay for out here).

Hydro is not included. The suite has baseboard heaters.

This is an in law suite that was built on the side of our house. Note that you will hear our children from time to time.

The person aligned to live here will be a non-smoker (of any kind), clean, quiet and is low maintenance. Sorry, no pets.

We share internet (which we turn off nightly) and we share our laundry room, which you'll have access to two days a week.

We are on septic so all products (body and cleaning) must be non-toxic and biodegradable.

There is a digital keypad entrance and you'll receive your own private code.

Tenant will have access to 1 parking spot in our driveway.

You have your own private entrance (up 3 steps (sorry it's not wheel chair accessible).

Tenant does not have yard access or access to storage outside of the suite.

Tenant will be asked to get rental insurance, for their own safety.
