We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food Supervisor to join our team. The Food Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring high-quality food preparation, excellent customer service, and adherence to health and safety regulations. Must have experience in Mcdonalds or Jolibee restaurants. Foreign workers are welcome to apply as lmia option is available. Responsibilities: - Supervise kitchen staff and ensure they adhere to proper food handling and sanitation procedures. - Coordinate food preparation, cooking, and serving to ensure timely service. - Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed. - Train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques, safety procedures, and company policies. - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment. - Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints in a professional manner. - Implement and enforce health and safety standards in compliance with local regulations. - Create and update menus, taking into account customer preferences and dietary restrictions.
