Hey everyone!
My family and I are looking to take in a couple rescue birds. Some information about me is. I have many years of bird experience. I was taught everything from proper cleaning techniques to safe food handling and prepping what is safe and not safe for different birds. I have experience in finches, canary, cockateil, lovebird, conure, macaw, umbrella cockatoos, budgies, Indian ring necks, quaker parrots and many more. I have been trained in everything from baby hand feeding. To first aid for birds. Nail clipping and beak trimming. We are located in Belleville and a non judgemental environment. Just looking to give a couple feathery friends a good forever home. I also have a huge ferret nation cage that could easily be adapted into a big parrot cage (bar too far spacing for smaller birds.) So if you need to rehome a big guy but doesn't come with cage. We can cover that too! We have kids (all 13 and up and very good with animals!) We have a dog that's very well behaved and loves other animals. We have a big fat old cat that has been around birds and doesn't bother them at all and is very loving. Of course would never be left unsupervised together alone. I'm a stay home mom so I'm home a lot and can offer lots of out of cage time and enriching toys and love.
