the included metal shoe-mount ball head allows you to angle and position
the monitor so that it matches your shooting style, equipment and environment.
Using an LCD screen larger than the one built into your camera allows for a
completely different shooting experience, regardless if you shoot stills or
full motion video. Using a larger screen makes it easier for you to confirm
focus, exposure and color, plus can even improve your shot composition and
