Time: 8:10 - 9:10pm for all 3 classes INDOORS

Time: 7.00 - 8:00pm for all 3 classes OUTDOORS

COST - $100 for 6 classes

No Coordination needed at all. All fitness levels If you are looking for a fun, amazing workout then sign up!!! All shapes, sizes, fitness level, doesn’t matter, this class is for you, even if you haven’t worked out forever or are brand new to fitness. It works every muscle in your body, I teach you 4 styles of kickboxing then we have a circuit around the room for 1-minute intervals of cross training then self-defense moves then amazing ABS I have been teaching this class for the past 20 + yrs. running new programs every 6 wks.

NO EQUIPMENT (I SUPPLY IT) Kickboxers have incredible bodies because they unlike most athletes, use all aspects of fitness: muscular strength and endurance, speed of movement, aerobic and anaerobic conditioning, flexibility, body composition, motor skills etc and with an added bootcamp style circuit this is the workout for YOU!!! With all this different kind of training, your body composition will shift, you’ll see less fat and leaner muscles. Kickboxers have both strength and endurance... best of both worlds.
