I am looking to rent out a bedroom in my home to a student on a month to month basis, I do have 3 kids so I wont just rent out to anyone and am needing someone who does not mind if kids are running around the house during the day. You would get an area to yourself and would have access to laundry and the bathroom/kitchen will be shared, Total cost per month is $580 per month and then an additional $60 per month during the winter to contribute towards the heating bill.
