*Must have experience with concrete cutting and coring, NOT Pouring and Placing**
Responsibility:
Prepare and provide estimates to customers
Lead project meetings, site visits, and make sure CanWest’s policies and procedures are followed.
Assist in the preparation of contracts, negotiation of changes, revisions, and additions as required.
Plan, implement, and monitor the construction plan
Ensure documentation and billing are completed in a timely manner
Requirements:
+5 years experience in the concrete cutting industry is required
• 1-2 years of experience in sales • Must have an understanding of how to read blueprints
• Experience in a project management is preferred
• Beginner knowledge with Sage 100 is preferred but training will be provided
