SECURITY GUARD | CONDOMINIUM | VAUGHAN

POSITION SUMMARY:

• We are looking for full and part time personnel for a high end condominium site located in the Highway 400 & Highway 7 area of Vaughan. If you have a valid Ontario Security Guard license, a passion for customer service and at least one year of proven condominium experience, we want to meet you!

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide access control to the condominium
• Conduct routine interior and exterior foot patrols of the facility grounds
• Monitor CCTV and conduct investigations as required
• Ensure that the facilitys safety and emergency procedures are followed in response to site emergencies
• Undertake site specific training and follow the direction and guidance of the Site Supervisor
• Demonstrate judgment, common sense and decision-making ability, particularly when required to take charge in emergencies or other incidents
• Effectively operate security equipment/systems, computers, radios, phones
• Maintain meticulous record keeping and report writing

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• A Valid Ontario Security Guard License is required
• Eligibility to work legally in Canada without restrictions
• Excellent Customer Service abilities
• Sound knowledge of condominium protocols
• Must be comfortable walking, standing, patrolling
