This cart was purchased but never used. We actually took the bubble wrap off the seat to take these pictures. It was kept in storage where the wheel was damaged. Pictures show the damage. Frame is perfect. No rust or damage. Seat is perfect. No rips or tares. There is a harness that goes with it as well. Harness is brand new with tags still attached.
