Provides a lifetime of term with a shareholding status which means you have a say in the important decisions made for our not-for-profit Resort. For example, a shareholder may attend and participate at an Annual General Meeting to vote on capital expenditures and Board of Director elections. Shareholders may run for the Board, which is a voluntary position. There are many privileges associated with a membership including having a guaranteed site especially on long weekends, complimentary year-round storage of your primary RV unit and an opportunity to be able to camp at any time of the year with no nightly camping fees (to a maximum 180 nights per year) as we are open year round. This type of membership has a fully transferable two 20 year term attached for you to sell or transfer when you are ready to retire from the Resort.
The current cost is $29,250.00 plus GST. Financing may be available through the Rocky Credit Union.
