This means it’s less likely you’ll miss a workout, but also that each workout will be more focused and intense. This doesn’t just help you stay consistent but it also helps prevent you from hitting a plateau in your fitness journey.

— Take the guess work out of things. No more wondering if you’re doing the right things in the gym for the results you want. No more wondering if you’re eating the right foods or too much or too little of something.

— Mindset/Lifestyle coaching. My approach to fitness is to help you create a sustainable, healthy lifestyle. In order for you to maintain the results you got you have to continue to do the things that got you the results in the first place. And you’re only going to continue doing those things if you genuinely enjoy them. I can help you work towards building these new habits in a way that is enjoyable and sustainable for you and your lifestyle because everyone does NOT have the same 24 hours.

What do you get out of it? — 1-on-1 training in a private facility. At The Vault we have top of the line equipment, it’s way less busy than a commercial gym, and you don’t have to get a membership (unless you want to).

— Nutritional guidance. This includes a booklet of healthy recipes, your personalized macros and daily calorie expenditure.

— Online training options. Have a busy schedule and can’t make it into the gym? No problem! With online training I can still help you reach your goals regardless of where you’re located or what your availability is. With form videos and weekly check-ins you’ll be crushing your goals in no time!

— Hybrid training is also great for busy schedules as it combines both in-person and online training.

— Team training. Have a friend or partner you’d like to workout with? Sign up together and get a discounted rate on your sessions! Build healthy habits and get strong with your best friend and make your workouts more fun and enjoyable by doing them with a buddy.

— 24/7 access to me. I’m not just here to tell you want to do but to help support you, motivate you and encourage you along your journey. Whatever questions you have, whenever you have them, I’m always here to help.
