Very nice quality Vintage 1991 Charvel Charvette Thinline 500 Electric/Acoustic guitar, very cool modern "pointy" headstock Charvelle style, vintage Charvelle quality design, craftsmanship, performance and sound quality. These were limited production, early 90s, very cool. It has a nice quality piezo internal pickup with bass/treble/volume controls. Rosewood fingerboard, closed back quality tuners, attractive creme colour.
The Charvette model 500 is an electro acoustic guitar with single cutaway, asymetric soundhole and a pointy headstock. "The model 500 represents a hybrid cross between the electric and acoustic guitar. More than enough volume to be played without an amplifier or plug in and it becomes a real electric screamer. The unique tone of the model 500 makes it an outstanding performer in either situation. The internal electronics are powered by a nine volt battery and include active volume, bass and treble controls. These were only produced between 1989 and 1991.
