This item is like new. It has never been used but has been taken out of the box. I tested it and it works great. It has 12 ceramic rollers 4 super jumbo and 8 jumbo + 12 clips and instructions. You can get smooth hair or great curls with volume. I bought this and shortly after cut my hair short (not thinking ahead!)
