Description

This is a Pride lift chair / recliner / power lift chair!! - battery backup for when and if the power goes out! They retail for well over $1,000.00.....From a recliner to a stand you up lift assist! Super quiet mechanism! I guess I started something - I have sold my Mom's chair and now my brother-in-law is recovered from his knee surgery and is selling his!!! He's asked me to do it for him so I said I would....lol...what was I thinking....lol.... It is similar to hers and I have left her chair story on here because it was simply too cute not to share!! Your person who needs one or can benefit from one might just be like her!!!

This is a wonderful solution to "getting up" out of a chair that will enable you get to a stand from a sit and lie you down for a rest as well!! It will raise your feet up and stop anywhere you want it to in between resting positions and getting you up to a stand gently! Very comfortable...I warn you....we call it a "life sucking" device in our family! His chair is in mint shape with a battery back up!! Power goes out and you can still get up!!

These chairs are very expensive originally - My Mom who has moved on was a nurse and she would want me to help people benefit from these chairs as she did! My brother-in-law feels as she did so the price is right as there isn't - to our knowledge - any financial assistance available and again, they are very expensive new!

My Mom.....

She had two hip replacements and heart surgery! Both tricky in the healing stages and her chair helped so much! I made the mistake of telling her where I purchased her first chair and one day when I arrived home...she had returned it...(not one more dime on this old body! She said..lol ) Soooo, I had my cousin get her chair and then I could honestly say that I didn't know where I got her second chair so it couldn't be returned and she ended up loving it!! Sometimes less is more...information-wise...:).....

Two things I would like to share.....Seniors get cold especially when they are on blood thinners! My Mom's solutions - wear a shawl around your shoulders and when sitting for a period of time, a fleecy blanket over your legs and feet!! It makes the world of difference....and.....you know those holes that you get in your socks....don't throw them out....cut off the cuffs and wear them on your wrists...yes, wrists......it can be a fashion statement and keep you warm at the same time :) When my Mom could no longer mend our socks - having lived through the depression - she still found a way to make them useful!!

I can deliver! Please text or call 519-721-5987....No emails please and thank you as I am not comfortable with them....Thanks!
