Chaga Tea

Chaga is a superfood that is packed with antioxidants. The chaga mushroom is said to improve immunity, chronic inflammation, blood sugar and cholesterol levels.

Organic Chaga harvested from birch, dried and ground for tea.

This chaga was harvested this fall in northern Ontario.

- 25 g in a small recycled David’s Tea container for $4 - 100 g in a large recycled David’s Tea container for $15 - 50 g in a small ziploc bag for $5

A quarter teaspoon will do at least a cup of tea. I usually use it a second time by leaving it to steep overnight in the fridge for ice drinks chaga tea to get whatever I can out of it.

I inoculated at least 50 trees this year to ensure a sustainable harvest for the future.
