Job Description:Job Description We are seeking a Bilingual (English/French) Junior IT/VoIP Call Centre Tech to join our team! You will work with our IT/VoIP project support team to support our clients across Canada and the world. Responsibilities:Manage a large number of calls in a timely and efficient manner.Identify customer needs.Research customer problems.Implement the correct solutions for customers.Use our ticketing system to track customer requests and resolutions.Meet targets in terms of response time and customer satisfaction. Skills and Requirements:Work from our office in Vaughan, Ontario.Some experience providing technical support to end users in a Microsoft Enterprise environment.Must have strong verbal and written fluency in English and French.Ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of VoIP based Telephony. Consideration will be given to those with good Computer Networking and/or other IT backgrounds.3CX Phone System v18+ optional.Debian OS optional.A+, Network+ or related work experience (optional but helpful).Must provide a clean Criminal Background Check (CRJMC).
