Selling couch. Very good condition. Bought brand new 2 years ago from Ashley homes. Slight scratches on bottom area due to moving into apartment. Only downside is it may be difficult to get out of apartment as it was a little difficult to get it in due to narrow door and hallways and will have to be carried down 2 flights of stairs.
