We are debating whether to sell our mobile home this year. This 3 bedroom 64' x 14' Bendix mobile home sits beautifully on the Hillside corner lot. Holiday Beach RV resort @ 1652 Pudicombe Road Site #303. Back on to private trail access and is the only trailer with access from side of the park. Huge lot, 3 car parking. You can see the lake from the front side of the home. You are about 75 steps from the water. Holiday beach is an amazing family park on 127 acres with 25 acre lake. Park is absolutely stunning, great for walks and water activities. Park also has a heated pool. Home comes with 2 propane tanks. New sheathing, insulation and siding all around (2023). New flooring including sub floors. Furnishings are negotiable including brand new lawn mower and BBQ. Lake is non motorized but you can kayak, paddle board, float, fish, swim. ect.
