One extra large pvt room @ $680 is available near the Belleville Hospital & Bayveiw Mall area (next door to Independent Grocery Store & bus stop). Parking is also available.

The room is a basement room that is extra large and spans the length of the entire basement and is available only as a non-sharing room in this (students only) house. In tital five students will share 2 washrooms and 1 kitchen.

Furnished rooms include desk, lamp, chair, queen sized bed with mattress. Each room has a walk in closet and chest of drawers for clothes-Just bring your books, clothes and linen.

Living room and dining room furniture is provided as well along with kettle, rice cooker & basic utensils. Unit has a dishwasher installed for student use.

FREE wifi (included in the rent), FREE laundry included. Students will share the cost of water and electricity bills.

Located next to bus stop that is less than 2 mins walk from the house (20 mins bus ride to Loyalist college)

The house is located behind the Independent grocery store on Dundas St East making it really convenient for students to grab groceries, take the bus from the bus stop located right opposite, or walk over to Shoppers Drug Mart, KFC, McDonalds, the dollar store or even go over to the Bayview Mall which is right beside the Independent grocery store and Freshco. Belleville Hospital is on the same block. Very safe, vibrant area.

Located near a shopping center and two call centers, multiple part-time job opportunities are within walking distance from house.

House has its own garden and sitting area in the summer with outdoor furniture.

Available on a per room basis @ $680 per room. Utilities (water and electricity bills) will be split among residents. Complete student rental, loyalist students only, landlord does not live here. International students welcome
