We have available two bedroom basement. There are two rooms one room is small like a study room with big living room and one storage room for storage and personal washroom. It's good for family members or girls/couple . But laundry and kitchen is shared with 4 people.they live on the top floor. We preferred vegetarians couples and girls. Rent would be 1500. utilities, wifi is not included.
One parking spot is also available.
