I believe these fit 80s and later Chevrolet/GMC half ton trucks among other vehicles. Looking for a nice set of 4 as the ones I have now are a bit beat up.
As per the pictures, these are an outer stainless ring, crimped to a steel inner ring with 4 sets of teeth to grip the rim. Outside measures 16.25 inches and they are 1.5 inches deep.
