Beautiful 3 bed, 1.5 bath home located on a very quiet and private tucked away street just 5mins outside of Osoyoos. Large outdoor living spaces and very private outdoor hot tub. Steps to a quiet boat launch (though home is not lake view or lake front), you are literally steps from the lake to fish, launch kayaks etc.
Town is a 5min drive away and the closest winery is walking distance. Numerous other wineries and golf courses are a 5-10min drive away.
Our property is non-smoking. We will consider a pet companion on a case-by-case basis with a pet deposit.
Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to offer it for long term (yearly stays), but can offer it from Oct-April.
Cost is $1800/mo with a $185 cleaning fee. Longer stays= lower monthly rent cost. We’re open to discussion if you want to stay longer.

Preference will be given to those who wish to snowbird annually in Osoyoos and return each year to the property.
